Shelby & Travis, Harley’s Haven Wedding

Ooooh Shelby & Travis! WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?!

I guess from the beginning! hahah! We sat down for coffee last year to chat about me possibly being their wedding day photographer. Like all of my couples, as soon as I met them, I KNEW I loved them. HAHA! No, but really… They are SO sweet and SO funny, and it just felt so easy! Best way I can describe it.

After they so kindly chose me to be there for them on their big day (!!! Seriously, such an honor) we met up for their engagement session! I got to know Travis and Shelby a little better during our time at Windsor Castle Park, and I fell in love with the way they joke and are sarcastic with one another — MY KIND OF PEOPLE! But through all the laughs, their kindness really shined – they were so sweet to me, and made my job so easy.

The day of their wedding was NO different. When the bride gives you a custom cup as a gift and the Mother of the Bride tells you to CUT HER IN LINE TO EAT… I mean.. FOR REAL? lol!!! THAT’S how big their hearts are!!

Everything about their day was perfect. Harley’s Haven is such a hidden gem. The sun was shining as they laughed during getting ready, exchanged vows, fired of a round with shotguns (they are so bad ass) and said “I do”!

After their gorgeous ceremony everyone partied and enjoyed themselves! Jeff at Colonial DJs did an amazing job keeping all the party people on the floor!! <3
