Confession: Photographing other photographers is kind of scary to me. BUT, in 2015 this Yorktown Virginia Photographer photographed so many other photographers that I’ve kind of… fallen in love with it. <3

Photographing other creatives is so awesome.

They get you… On a level that some just don’t. They value your time and work. And it’s FUN!

You also have an opportunity to network and get to know them on a more personal level…. It’s like working with friends… like a friend, work date… and it’s awesome. haha!

 

My time with Brooke was no exception to all of the above.

I truly enjoyed meeting her in person finally and hanging out in Yorktown.

She wanted to have headshots taken for the new year, and let me tell you, she was a naturaaaaal!

I love that I got that genuine smile to pop out every once in a while 😉 and I also love that she brought out those fierce eyes with the fire in her heart for what she’s doing <3 Of course her baby had to be pictured, too 😉
