When J contacted me about possibly capturing their elopement, I actually had something else on the books, but with the flexibility & kindness of another client (THANK YOU, ALYSSA!), we were actually able to make this happen!

And I am so thankful for it. This experience was so awesome. I have just fallen in LOVE with intimate ceremonies. It was just their family, in the woods, with me and the officiant… incredible.

The wrote their own vows, and gazed into each others eyes while their son slept on B’s shoulder and their daughter watched with a smile on her face. They sealed it with a kiss, and the sun poked through the trees, and baby boy woke up – it was PERFECT.

J also gave the children promise bracelets – so special!!

We finished our time together with portraits in the park. Even though little guy didn’t want to leave daddy’s arms, we still managed to get some great stuff <3
