Mr & Mrs Faulk, Kukua Punta Cana Wedding

When Ashley and I met last year, we were instant friends… and after she had me FaceTime with her mom right there in Panera, I felt such a connection with them!!! From the MOMENT we said hello, I was family – and they were family. Their engagement session was SO awesome. She wanted a travel theme to go with their destination wedding (see more here) so we used private jets and helicopters, and once I saw how CONNECTED and SEXY they are together I knew their wedding day was going to be a dream, and I hoped and prayed they’d pick me to come along… and they did. (I’ll never be able to give enough thank you’s or I love you’s for this, Ashley and David!!)

We talked a lot throughout the year about the big day, so to actually land in Punta Cana seemed like a dream – I couldn’t believe the time had finally come to capture David and Ashley say “I do”!

The vacation portion of the trip deserves it’s own blog, so we will talk about that later, but after 3 full days in DR, the day finally came!!! AHHH!!

They had a sweet “first touch” before Ashley got in her dress, and their ceremony was A SLICE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH… PERFECTION! David’s dad married them with over 60 of their closest fam & friends present (including me *cue the tears*), and then they PARTIED.. HARD… by the pool. They even had fireworks during their first dance and a crazy hour with dancers and men on stilts!!

Ashley & David, I LOVE YOU. I am SO GRATEFUL our paths crossed. I look forward to y’all visiting me in Italy 😉 hahahahah!!
