I sat down with these two at a Aromas in Colonial Williamsburg for our consultation and immediately fell in love. They were so easy to chat with… and while chatting I discovered they were BOTH PHOTOGRAPHERS! haha! Talk about a rush of anxiety and nerves! I mean, a total honor that they were even considering me at this point but WOWZA!

Thankfully they are the kindest, coolest couple ever, so the day of their Colonial Williamsburg Engagement shoot it was just like hanging out with two friends… You know like the third wheel.. watching them be all cute and cuddly! haha!

We started their session with threatening rain clouds and a VERY high chance of rain, so we hit up the most important spot first: The place where Kylan proposed! AHHH! So romantical! They even brought the blanket his Grandmother made, the same one they were picnicking on when he asked her to spend the rest of her life with him <3 SO. STINKING. SWEET!

The sun came out for a VERY BRIEF moment, but it made all of our hearts happy to get a little golden goodness, then we hauled butt to the garden and wrapped things up, because the sky looked like it was going to fall. haha!
