R Family, Gloucester Virginia Photographer

Brittany contacted me because she and her beautiful family planned on visiting Virginia for Father’s Day weekend. As a dual military family, sometimes distance and time stand in the way, so when you get moments together like this it’s so important to capture them – especially with such an exciting time like expecting a child!!

We were looking at 90% chance of rain all week, and then the morning of I saw we had a pretty good chance to have the session, because it looked like it would clear up by 7PM – Sure enough it did, and we were able to make it happen, IN THE SUNSHINE!! YAY!!!

They rented the most ADORABLE Airbnb, so we had their session right there in the backyard – it was perfect!
